with a great cast [details below]
Churchill Theatre Bromley 2.30pm
Our destination: The Churchill Theatre is ideally situated right in the centre of the town. All the shops, restaurants, pubs etc are within easy walking distance. The Glades shopping centre has all the usual High Street stores and is just across from the theatre.
We’ll have plenty of time to shop, explore and find lunch before the matinee performance. We should arrive about 11.15am.
Our seats: I have a good selection of mid stalls seats. As regular visitors to the Churchill Theatre are well aware, the stalls seats are accessed by quite a few stairs. There is a lift for those people who cannot manage the stairs
The Play: Middle Ground Theatre Company Ltd is delighted to present their acclaimed production of a classic Miss Marple mystery.
The residents of Chipping Cleghorn are astonished to read an advert in the local newspaper that a murder will take place this coming Friday at Little Paddocks, the home of Letitia Blacklock. Unable to resist, the group gather at the house at the appointed time, when the lights go out and a gun is fired. Enter Miss Marple, who must unravel a complex series of relationships and events to solve the mystery of the killer. This lavish production has delighted packed audiences across the UK.
The Cast: Starring Louise Jameson (Eastenders/Bergerac/Doctor Who) as Miss Marple and Janet Dibley (The Two Of Us/Doctors) as Letitia Blacklock, withTom Butcher (Doctors/The Bill), Sarah Thomas(Last Of The Summer Wine), Lucy Evans (Coronation Street) and Dean Smith (Waterloo Road/Last Tango In Halifax) in a full cast of twelve.
